This A list commercial actor all of you know in the US is making life difficult for his recent co-star. The reason? She is way cheaper and he doesn't want to lose another sweet commercial gig.

@Tricia I have no idea if this is true (it very well could be) but I went to high school with and took Second City improv classes with Beck Bennett many years ago and he was the sweetest guy! I’m hoping fame hasn’t changed him. Just my random two cents... I don’t have many celeb encounter stories so I jump at the chance to share them :)

ReplyDeleteDon't knock the commercial blinds. I want to know about Flo and Mayhem and the Geico Reptile. Nowadays, they are the only ones on TV that don't swear up a storm, or strip naked, or do cockamamie crap to insult me. I turn the volume down during the programs and watch the commercials. Don't knock the food that Enty is putting on the plates, some of us like it...
Melvin gives everyone a chance to come up with the right answer, then pipes up if people are off-base.

ReplyDeleteI definitely think my Verizon/Sprint guy guess is it. I saw the commercial again the other day, after this post He's at a Sprint store and meets the peppy new "Sprintern". just look in his eyes -- the look of worry, despair. That's a man who's in fear of losing his job.
