This is obviously supposed to be Theroux. I doubt Aniston cares what he does when she isn't around. He and Aniston are rarely together. He lives in NYC, and she only leaves LA when absolutely necessary. To my mind, this is a case of friends marrying for the sake of good publicity (her) and a career boost (him.) The age of legal consent is 16 in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, D.C., Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, ect, ect. In fact in most states the legal age of consent is either 16 or 17. Very few states require a girl to be 18 in order for me to... I mean for Justin Theroux to put his lecherous hands on her. The guys a perv! Not me, though. I would never!
I think it's 18 in Connecticut unless it changed in the last few years because I know someone who was arrested because the girl said she was 18 but wasn't
