It's most definitely Dolly. I remember watching a late night talk show years ago and Roseanne Barr was telling a story about Dolly and basically told the host and audience that Dolly is covered in tats. She then said,"oops, I don't know if it was okay to share that info."
And I'd change the channel if Rosie O. were being interviewed. It was Barr, aka mrs.connor, who said it.
Dolly...loved her since 9 to5. She's quite a character.
Reba is too young, and Dolly does NOT put it all out of display. This is definitely Dolly. She always makes sure the important bits are covered, unlike today's stars. Dolly is the Queen!!
