Britney Spears And Her Agent Split
I am trying to decide what I think about this. Kneepads is reporting that Britney Spears has split with her agent. Not personally, but professionally. A statement from Spears' camp says the couple are going to focus on their personal relationship and not their professional relationship. I know this is going to seem like I am covering myself but I think either they have split personally or they are about to get married. I lean towards the splitting because why wouldn't you want someone who probably loves you also doing what they can to get you the most money for the best projects? You want to turn that over to someone else? Yes, I understand that people like to separate work from personal, but it isn't like Britney works everyday.
The other possibility is they are going to get married so the guy figures he can do it all as her husband and not have to use an agent at all. What do you think?

Wasn't she seen going to to lunch and holding hands with a new guy earlier this week?
I think she's still nuts and a huge headache to represent, as her agent, let alone have a relationship with! My bet is they are breaking up professionally and personally.
Until she can walk the streets in normal clothes with normal hair, I still think she's incredibly fragile psychologically. I wish Britney would move to Louisiana and live a quiet life with those cute kids.
The clothes I can forgive - girl just has bad taste. But the hair!! My lawd... with all the money that she has you would think she could find a decent hairstylist who could provide believable extensions. No excuse for the sad mess that is her hair.
As to the agent, I say split both professionally and personally. I love me some Britney, but the gal does seem a little short of a full load...
How can a man with half a brain have a serious relationship with that crazy fool? I mean a serious relationship, not friends with benefits.
I don't think normal hair and normal clothes = sane. She's always going to be dealing with her mental health. Isn't she bipolar?
I wouldn't think they would break up professionally just because of a split but I think that might be more likely than marriage. This time. ;)
I agree with JerseyGirl. Brit needs to move to Louisiana, get a job at WalMart, put on about fifty pounds, drink beer, eat KFC every day, spank the kids in public for sassin' her, go out in public in curlers, and embrace her ignorant redneck heritage. God bless her, she's earned it.
I guess break up, she has insecurity and control issues (imho). Also she was always on a tight schedule ever since she was a little girl, so I think the clothes and the hair gives her some sense of being her, without someone else telling her what to do.
I'll take the other side and say marriage. Have no clue why, really. He seems like a decent guy and maybe has enough brains about him to want to separate the business side before committing to a long term personal commitment. Maybe unlike a lot of people in Britney's life, he wants to show he's not into her for her career or what money she brings him. It's a huge long shot, but I'll play an optimist today.

alot of husbands and wives would kill each other if they had to work together.
Maybe they noticed it was the source of their fighting; they still love each other...so they fixed it

I'm not sure she was ever that into her manager - guessing it was a setup by Daddy Spears. Give this girls some effing BREATHING space.

Voting split. If the guy has any brains at all. She may be the sweetest person in the world but talk about a woman with baggage!

Split. She leaves the agency. If they were getting married I'd say HE would be the one leaving the agency. No way any company would let him just hang out and do nothing with her all day like he's been doing unless he was bringing in major bucks in commissions. And without her, he's probably not.
I'm curious if getting married means that she can get away from the conservatorship?
I tend to think these guys are all paid minders that stick with her until she or they have had enough. I don't think she will ever be entirely without supervision and if she is, it would probably not be good.
i'm gonna go with marriage if for no other reason than i want her to just be happy.
