OT. Just heard mr Duncan, Ebola Texas case, died.
Wee always brings bad news. :/
And you should never use charity money to fund out of control orgies. Poor form.
Snark aside, I hope they throw the book at him. And maybe a tree branch or two.
I believe him in regards to that's how he was raised. Disciplining with a "switch" is common in the south. And friends of mine would have welts on their legs and butt. It is excessive? Yes, but spare the rod spoil the child was a very popular mantra at the time. Now we all know better.
This Adrian is a real piece of awful.
6 kids by 6 women, 1 toddler died last year at the hands if the mothers abusive POS bf. (I guess that mama has a type! Ay?)
We'll see what happens.
The NFL is a sewer. I hate that I love football.
It's shitty they hid the TBI aspect. That's unfair.
BBC has Ebola Man death news.

Didn't realize this a-hole had six different kids with six different women. I really hope there is no potential baby mama #7 out there that is dumb enough to breed with him.
My younger brother was disciplining his new wife's pre-adopted son with a belt. I said he couldn't do that because the child was NOT his kid. He said Dad did it to us. I said Dad was wrong and he (my brother) was wrong, too, regardless. He said he didn't understand the double standard. I said times had changed and beating children was no longer tolerated. (Soon after, his new wife chewed him out for touching her children! The marriage didn't last long.
I have always hated the "that's how we were raised" excuse. Just because it was accepted then does not make it right. While I was not physically abused as a child, I was spanked, and now that I am a mom myself I know that I will never, ever use that type of punishment with my children. I've wondered if I would have made different decisions growing up if my parents had TALKED to me, instead of just spanking me.
Parents talking AT me for a straight hour was a frigging' nightmare. I often thought, "just spank me and get it over with, FFS."
Of course there was lots of corporal punishment, too, 99% of the time from my Mom who wielded anything within reach with a Serena-worthy swing.
I also think kids these day are fat, spoiled, disrespectful and lazy as fuck, but what do I know?
Well you have to replace the fear based methods of punishment with non violent solution and then you have to be consistent. That's take far more effort.
I had some sympathy for him until I saw an interview where he was talking about how much he hated how his parents disciplined him. He knew better. And I think it's like how a boxer can be charged with attack with a deadly weapon if they get in a bar fight - he is way too fucking strong to ever hit a kid! He hurt him worse than he intended, and it seems like it should have been obvious that could happen.
Not to take away from the awful child abuse, but the Vikings are so screwed.
When u know better, u do better. Pos.
@David Howes - your brother doesn't have a lot of insight going on up there, does he?
