This A list mostly movie actress who is a multiple Oscar winner/nominee and not named Angelina Jolie has a place in Paris not too far from the Embassy of this very large African country. She has several close relationships with the permanent staff in the Embassy. What this has allowed her to do is to facilitate adoptions for celebrities. She doesn't take a cut of money that changes hands, she just believes that celebrity parents are better parents. She arranged the sale of children to an A-/B+ list actress from a movie franchise and also this former A+ list singer who paid nearly $250K to get a child in a week.
