The celebrity CEO always seems to ignore the safety stuff while hyping the things that don't work or exist but charges customers for and convinces investors he does actually have it. That really sounds a lot like Elizabeth Holmes. Anyway, he thinks he can keep ignoring the government about the phantom braking, just like everything else. He is convinced he is too big too fail or be jailed.
