Every second Tuesday of the month, this B-/C+ list dual threat actor who most of you would guess is foreign born, but isn't, gets a group of people together from Hollywood and a plane is chartered to fly down to Tijuana. Last month, the group most included producers and a couple of agents, but there was also a foreign born A- list mostly television actor who has starred in multiple network and almost television shows.
The dinner is hosted by one of the richest men in Mexico who, in the past has had people publicly executed. If you owe him or any of his companies money, he will either have you beaten or killed. He shows no mercy, and that includes in these dinners. There are people from Mexico and other countries that come to the dinner, but I only have heard about it from the Hollywood people who have attended. This former permanent A+ list athlete attended four consecutive months one summer/fall.
The dinner is basically nothing but animals that are exotic or endangered or both. To prove the authenticity, there is apparently video of the killing and preparation that can be watched on a messaging app. So, by the time everyone arrives, they know what the menu is. The reason the Hollywood people are invited is because their host is desperate to make movies. He has tried to buy his way in before, but things didn't turn out very well. Plus, people are kind of scared to work with him because, they kind of don't want to turn up dead. The thing is though, all of the people that went last month all paid $10K to be there plus the cost of the jet. The dinner is only for men, but after, in a separate building attached to one of his businesses everyone gathers for drinks and cigars and there are women there.
