Angelina Jolie Drug Tape For Sale
The National Enquirer is reporting that a tape is currently being offered for sale which shows Angelina Jolie doing both coke and heroin. The Enquirer's source says "It appears to be from the 1990s, right before Angelina - then in her 20s - was breaking out in films like Gia and Girl, Interrupted, which won her an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. "
"The key part of the tape is Angelina doing heroin. She says, 'Wow, this is really good smack - not that cheap crap that's been stepped on.'

Although I'm sure Angelina would take a publicity hit if the tape came out, I don't think it would have any long term effects. She's come out publicly about her fascination with heroin and how she has pretty much tried every drug that exists.
The fact there is a tape of her doing drugs would only really be relevant to me if she said she never did drugs or was doing drugs while she was pregnant, or if it was in the last few years. I actually appreciate the fact that she has always been honest about that part of her past. There are things she hasn't shared that I would love to hear about or to see, but a drug tape of her from 15 years ago isn't something I would pay for. The guy selling the tape wants $70,000. He probably wants it so he can go buy more drugs.

I agree...I mean, I still wanna see it, but I doubt it'll be that much of a sensation since she's been pretty open about her past.

Am I the only one who is sick of this chick? She's been shoved down our throats as being saviour of the year and then we didn't hear about her for a while and now this? Sounds like a great publicity stunt.
if she cared she would have bought the tape. i have zero desire to view it. people make mistakes and hopefully learn and move on.
She's had a wild past so it's not shocking at all but I would still totally watch it.
The truth is, she's been one of the few celebs who has been open and upfront about a lot of the dirty shit she did in the past. And in doing so, it trumps things like this that may pop up.
IF this tape exists, I'm thinking it probably doesn't... it should be interesting to see how the media responds. It will be ridic if they try to sensationalize this but felt obligated to Ledger to not show his deeds just because he had passed.
Wake me up if he actually gets the money.

Yah, this is kind of bogus. It's like criticising Heath Ledger's recreational practices; they were *kids*, people, human beings who missed a few developmental steps about being responsible and all that, but who came out the other side as hard-working professionals.
(I still think that when he died Ledger was just jet-lagged, exhausted from shooting and fighting the cold germs that were ravaging NYC at the time and maybe took the wrong meds together. Poor guy.)

What makes them better than you and I? Because they caught the attention of someone who fed them words written by another person(s)?
Maybe I'm just moody today but I really find it hard to demonize the actor or actress, when we seem to be the most destructive (and sometimes uplifting) force behind the Hollywood 'magic'.
Personally I think she's a little messed up but she seems to try to overcompensate that with her adoptions. She's trying. This is important. I don't think she doesn't love her children.
I also have no doubt her publicist places calls whenever she's feeling pretty and lets photographers know where to go.

Sweater, personally, the only person I worship is my husband 'cause he rocks my world. If you are "worshipping" someone (theoretically, not you personally Sweater), then you better push away from the gossip sites. I'm here because these silly people amuse me.

I think the only people who idolize celebs are the ones who don't read gossip sites. They just don't know any better.

I've given up almost every magazine, cutting back, pinching pennies--and this is the best FREE mindless entertainment I can get for a few "me" minutes a day.

Because she is honest about her past, she appears to hold herself with dignity not like other hollywood actresses who blantantly lie (such as Nicole Kidman and her 'I am completely natural').
I will always respect people more if they are atleast honest about themselves.

Too bad someone can't scrounge up a tape of Roger Clemens and the steroids he says he didn't do.
