When the news of Demi Moore going to the hospital the other day, one of my old friends called me and reminded me of a story about Demi and the filming of a movie I had not heard in awhile but is really good. You have an important piece of the puzzle with Demi, but see if you can get the rest and the movie.
This movie was made really quickly and not for a ton of money. It was trying to capitalize on the last vestiges of Demi Moore as a young sex symbol and the whole brat pack thing. During this movie, there were a couple of sex scenes with this actor who was pretty close to A list at the time and is still a solid B. Many said the scenes were real because they had sex in the past, but Demi was engaged at the time and the actor was cheating on his then A list girlfriend with enough people anyway so he probably did not need to be cheating with Demi too. Although, I would not have put it past them. The thing is he was definitely sleeping with the co-star of the movie who was also making her film debut and soon became a B+ actress. Demi never made any moves on her, but did make some moves on this actress who later got nominated for an Academy Award. The other male co-star in the movie made his own moves on this other actress in the movie and supposedly that was one of the reasons his marriage collapsed a short time later. The filming definitely lived up to the title.

Yep, Rob Lowe and Melissa Gilbert were quite the "it" couple back in the day, though I later read a quote from Rob where he said "I really had no business pretending to be monogamous at that time in my life."

OT: Absolutely hate the pop up ads on this site. Only this site has the pop ups - not just pop ups but full browser opens to ads on Youtube. I use chrome.
@david91, I think it's long been known that Demi occasionally swings both ways, but there is no indication that Keener was responsive.

@David, good point. Although it doesn't necessarily say that they did hook-up, that is a kind of outing.
Or it is outing when a person only hooks up with people of the same sex?

Oh yes, there was time when Melissa Gilbert was an A list TV actress. She was EVERYWHERE, the poster child for a child actor who didn't have any problems and a lot of TV movies too. She's about my age, and a brunette too, so I watched everything she was in no matter how bad it was.
I need a spreadsheet, too. I can't figure out who slept with whom.

I use Firefox and ad block and no pop ups. I only resort to IE if fireFox gets wonky.
Melissa Gilbert wrote her autobiography a few years ago, and there's some pretty juicy stuff in there about how she confronted Rob Lowe about his infidelity.
For those of you complaining about the pop-ups: I use AdBlock Plus and Better Pop-Up Blocker for Chrome and never see a single one. Check 'em out.
Rob Lowe had a tendency to hook up and ultimately marry women not as pretty as he was. That included Melissa Gilbert and Princess Stephanie of Monaco.
I'm still trying to imagine Megan Mullaly and Jim Bellushi hooking up. I tried to find a picture when she was younger but couldn't. Megan? Really? She's so smart and funny I can't picture it.

Rob was in full sex addiction mode, he didn't kick anybody out of bed.
To this day I don't think he is cured, his wife just turns a blind eye for the kids and lifestyle.

Rob & Demi may have slept together during ALN. Rob was cheating on Melissa Gilbert with lots of people and particularly Elizabeth Perkins, so MG dumped him.
Jim Belushi slept with Megan Mullaly and it caused his divorce.
Demi made a pass at Catherine Keener who may or may not have taken Demi up on it.

On first reading I thought it said Catherine Keener & Jim Belushi were having the affair. That would be like Katherine Hepburn having an affair with Curly of The Three Stooges in the 1940's. Does not compute.
That's pretty common knowledge in Hollywood. You can slow down some of the sex scenes and get full frontal shots of Rob Lowe.
I'm relatively straight, but would've made the moves on Catherine Keener, too, so can't blame Demi there. I'm just disappointed that Elizabeth Perkins slept with Lowe. I thought she was better than that. The again, he was the pretty boy of the time, so why not?
MadLyb, Yes Rob was the pretty boy then, he's still pretty but then he was kind of ridiculous. Yes Catherine Keener was super pretty then too and I've always liked her, she has a quality about her.
Yeah I can't blame her for hitting on Catherine Panty Creamer or Megan Mullally (that name sounds dirty already). And again, the ratings are whack.
Wow, I've probably seen this movie 100 times - literally - over the years and I had absolutely no idea Megan Mellaly was in it. Was she the whore friend who tries to sleep with Rob Lowe on New Year's?
I always thought Rob and Melissa were the oddest couple. She was a big lech on DWTS this year.
