@Meanie Talky Tina is my favorite episode too! I bought the collection on Blu Ray a couple of months ago, but I know I haven't seen every episode...yet :)
The West Wing, Grey's Anatomy, America's Next Top Model, Top Chef
Arrested Development, Downton Abbey (the latter season of which I regret), HIMYM (the last two seasons of which I mainly regret), Mad Men, the first three seasons of Hill Street Blues..
I don't have a TV connection and I am not a hipster. It's just that where I live I could fork out $70-$200 a month for regular TV, and I have done, only to go week after week with nothing to see on TV except occasional replays of something like Shawshank Redemption, which I already own on the cloud. Then I shut off the TV subscription. You can buy "season passes" to a lot of shows now on Amazon or iTunes, and one season costs about $20 and has no ads.
I have never seen a reality show, so most of the time I have no idea what you folks are talking about.
I was in the dentist's chair last week getting an infected tooth extracted and high on nitrous oxide, and they pushed this screen in front of me, playing SATC. I imagine it had to be the watered down, censored version of SATC, made for dentist's offices. Whoa. Did not like.

there's not enough time in the world for me to list every show I've seen every episode of, because when I like a show I tend to want to see every episode ever made. But I'll try:
Parks and Recreation, 30 Rock, Arrested Development, Homeland, Law & Order SVU, The Office (US), Veep, Girls, The Voice, The Sing Off, Upright Citizens Brigade, Pretty Little Liars (it's so bad but so good), America's Next Top Model, Australia's Next Top Model, Britain's Next Top Model (I have a problem), Friends, Will and Grace, 7th Heaven, Charmed, Gilmore Girls, Full House...

I rarely watch anything without seeing every episode. I'm a completist unless it turns to crap and I give up. My current shows are too much to list. So for ended shows: X-files, Buffy, Wonderfalls (why didn't it go on?), Ab Fab, Vicar of Dibley, Lost, Pushing Daisies, Journey Man, The Prisoner (original), Sex in the City, The Office UK, Dead Like Me, My So-Called Life, 30 Rock, Samantha Who?
There are probably more and most of those ended too soon, IMO. But that's one eclectic list. I watch too much TV.
Buffy
Angel
Friends
Firefly
NCIS (which i could watch all day everyday)
Downtown Abbey
Six Feet Under

House of Lies
Scandal!!! Olitz
And The Good Wife!
