Remember how back in the day Tiger Woods traded cover stories so that his infidelities could be hidden? Well, an A++ list celebrity has reached a similar deal and is appearing on a cover that she would have laughed at a year ago until she passed out from laughing so hard. The thing is, the parent company of the magazine was offered some information about the celebrity. Disturbing information. About a long time employee. About the employee being caught pleasuring himself to photos of our celebrity and her infant daughter. Yeah, it is pretty sick. There is video of the incident that was taken by a woman he paid to have sex with. They are both drunk in the video but he talks about how he works for the celebrity and was her very first employee and has been with her forever and the hooker went to sell the story and the publishing company loved it. Was going to buy it and reached out to the people of the celebrity and they traded. Cover stories for a block on the publication of the photos and video. The celebrity also got together with her A++ list husband and they paid the hooker a great deal of money to go away. So, in the next couple of months when you see a cover and go wtf, now you know why.

A++ Actress with A++ Actor husband with an infant daughter. Brad and Angie seem like the likely guess, but they are not married (as far as we know). Does her brother still work for her? That would make it much more scandalous then just an employee.
The way Enty puts it the A list celebrity is a DIVA so I can see Victoria B or Mariah except I don't see Nick Cannon being A list whereas I do see David B being one.
@Amber I think you may have gotten it! It classifies both the husband and wife as celebrities. Can't think of another "celebrity" A++ couple aside from Posh and Becks!

My question is are they trying to make it go away because it's just gross and that he works for her and that I guess his behavior reflects poorly on the celeb (his employer) or that he said some incriminating stuff about the actress that she doesn't want to get out?

@Ms Cool, it's not the celeb's fault, but it's embarrassing. Also, if I was them I wouldn't want my daughter Googling one day and find out that some guy got off to her baby pictures.

Regardless of who it is, the celeb has nothing to be ashamed of! And, this is one time where I wished they used their star power to make this disgusting individuals life miserable!
I feel kind of bad for the celebrity and her family here; it really doesn't sound as if any of this is her fault. Rather, it's the fault of the skeezy employee who's jacking off to inappropriate photos and hiring loose-lipped hookers. *shudder* I certainly hope this person isn't still working for her!
Also, it doesn't have to be someone who just had a baby; there's a number of couples out there with young daughters, and the sleazeball could be using an older photo. Excuse me, I think I'm going to be sick now... *urp!*

Not seeing why the celebrity has anything to have to reach a deal over. The only thing she did wrong was not go to the authorities and charge someone with extortion, at the least. She should also ask the cops about the odds of the perv having child porn; I doubt this is the first episode for him.

Unless you're referring to the magazine's extortion, no crime was committed. Jerking it to a photo of a mom and her baby is not a crime. Gross, yes, for all it implies, but it's not criminal.

I agree with others saying this doesn't seem like the celebrity's fault unless they know this & haven't fired the perv. Maybe that's why they want to hide it. I would hope they would fire him though. The infant puts it way over the top. When I was reading it, it seemed like the Beckhams to me, but I guess we'll find out when Posh is on "Reader's Digest."
Yeah, I agree with the above - the celebrity and her husband should go to the police over this. There must be more to the story that she's allowing herself to be blackmailed.
This is disgusting!! I wish they would go to the authorities with this and not let this sick bastard get away with it! I hope they're keeping quiet out of concern for their child and not their celebrity. I do like the Beckhams guess and Bey and Jay.

I was reading the DM site and someone was sent to Jail for 4 years for blackmail. I guess that person did not employ a lawyer to setup the deal properly.
And whomever it is I am guessing the identity of the employee would make the situation worse, so I'd think it would have to be a family member.

@Amber - they did, but the blind isn't specific about the employment status of the employee, i.e. it doesn't say "current" or "former" which I think is to make it a bit harder to guess.

That is terrible and disgusting that someone would get off to a piture of a child. Unfortunately from first hand experience, I know that a person cannot be charged w child porn unless the child is actually put in a position to where where they are doing porn or put in a sexually suggestive position. Its an absolute discusting loophole. A person can even take normal pictures and "doctor" them to be pornographic but technically its considered "freedmom of expression as art". I came across some very disturbing pics/innocent video my step father had taken of me and doctored it to be pornographic, when I was underage. When I went to the police I was told its "freedom of expression and I was past the 1 year statute of limitations for video w/out consent". He installed a hidden camera and taped me showering. Still makes me want to puke to this day. :(

The video doesn't sound like it would be very useful in print, and I can't see People putting the video on their website. The magazine cover is probably going to be Penthouse or Hustler, for the company to have been interested in the video in the first place.

My first thought was Angie and Brad. My second thought was that the hooker should be thrown in jail for extortion, and the employee should be sued and outed by the celebrities in question. You don't want someone like that around kids ever again.

The only reason I can think of for someone to cover for this employee is if they are family (dad, brother, ex-husband) or a powerful industry member (like some legendary manager or agent who could ruin this celeb's life so they're on the hook to clean up the mess).
Some above have already mentioned Beyonce's dad. Plausible. But Tina & Beyonce dumped his ass when the lovechild and stealing came to light. I wonder if it was just the excuse they both needed after years of creepiness?
it would be very embarrasing for the couple if it was, say, a family member. maybe this is beyonce's dad. we don't know how recently this event happened...only that the pics came to light recently. beyonce's dad was with her from the beginning...

Violet - It isn't really a terrible loophole. If all pictures of a child in any state of undress was qualified as child porn, every single parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or friend of a parent has at least one naked baby photo from someone. The good people outnumber the bad people and there's no reason to punish the masses for the indiscretions of the few.
I'm sorry for your particular situation but not everyone who has pictures or videos of children is a pedophile or pornographer. So, it's not so much a loophole as common sense.
Er, forgot to finish my initial thought. If any pictures of a child in a state of undress were classified as porn, everyone who knows someone who has a child would be prosecuted.

The magazine has to be People, US Weekly, inTouch, etc. Though people like Beyonce and Posh have BEEN on the cover, I don't think those two have done cover stories like J.Lo just did. Beyonce and Posh seem like they'd think themselves too good for that. Beyonce has been pretty private about the baby, only showing her face a few times. She only included her in her documentary, which was only accessible to HBO customers (of course, clips spread, but she didn't out this on NBC or MTV).
Both of them have done magazines like Rolling Stone, Vogue, etc. Higher-respected trades.
Would absolutely expect this to be Star Magazine...or the Enquirer, even? Both would absolutely go there, and we'd all be shocked to see Beyonce, Posh, or any celebrity agreeing to a cover story interview with Star.
I think both women are brands and they want a very specific image broadcast to the public - Posh is cool and in control, Beyonce is the same way. They don't want that image cracked by a scandal. And they obviously want to protect their daughters from ever hearing about this. Both seem like doting moms.

Beyonce fired her dad almost a year BEFORE she had her baby. Google says March 2011 vs January 2012. She may have fired him for reasons other than she publicly stated, but it wasn't over lewd acts with pictures of her and her kid. Since it doesn't say current employee, it could still be him though.

If it were Beyonce, perhaps the tape involves the family member/insider talking giving some previously unreleased information about Beyonce's pillow pregnancy.

Dewie, were you replying to me? I had said that those two had done magazines like THAT before (Rolling Stone, Allure, Cosmo) but never exclusive interviews with the tabloids. Is People a tabloid? It kind of is, but it moreso details real news. But People would be included in that list of celebrity gossip magazines. I think Star is one we should be looking out for, for either woman - would be very surprising.

what if it was a photo of the celebrity with her boobs out, breastfeeding the baby? The content and context of the situation matters a lot. Maybe he just wanted to see the celebs boobs or has a lactating fetish, etc.

@ discoflux - I definitely agree not all pics of children undressing should be considered porn. I think my comment was taken out of context. My point was - you would be surprised what is not considered child porn through the protection of freedeom of expression.
By no means was I saying that taping a child at bathtime, or naked baby pics, etc should be considered porn.
Wow. What a disgusting situation. I feel bad for the couple in question, being basically extorted by a magazine holding their child over their head. None of this is their fault and I could see why they would not want their child publicized in this way. This magazine should be quietly helping them press charges, not nearly blackmailing them into doing a cover story.

I think the Bey kind of fits b/c of the way they very carefully model their public image. If word got out that some perv was wanking to pics of her and Turquoise Marigold, that would shatter the perfect world image.
Also, there's a stigma attached to sexual abuse. Even if the infant daughter wasn't actually abused, she'd still have that label on her for years b/c her family is so famous. "Oh, Purple Vine? Remember that guy who was obsessed with her as a baby?" (Like playing telephone....)
