RIP. Damn that's young.
What?!!
So sad! My condolences to her loved ones.
Damn, that is too damn young. RIP
I don't know who she is but this gets me in the gut. Mr B had a brain hemorrhage five months ago and it's been a long painful road to recovery that we are still on, but it's a journey that I very much wish her family had the opportunity to take. RIP and my heartfelt condolences to her loved ones.
Her age :( That just made me go "oh shit". Scary.
So sorry to hear that, smasher. Sounds like he's got great support on his road to recovery. I hope you have a smooth road from here on in.
Me too. Geez it's scary.
Me too. Geez it's scary.
I lost a close friend to a brain hemorrhage a few years ago. She was in her early 50s. Too damn early!
@Smadger, best wishes to you and Mr. B on his recovery.
Smadger- beautifully written. I wish mr b revovery.
Rest in peace. Did not know her, but damn, that is young! Good journey.
Jeez. Terrible. I recognize her.
Best wishes to the mister and you too.
Badger, big hugs to you and Mr. B.
Sad that this woman died so young.
@smadger you wrote about your husbands recovery recently didn't you? I remember the story was mind blowing and full of miracles and inspiration. Really hope it's you I'm thinking of lol but still, just the fact that your husband survived it is wonderful. I only hear about fatal hemmorages and like this poor woman it's just terrible to be taken so quickly with no warning.
Are there any warning signs of a brain hemmorage? I always think of John Ritter and it was such a huge, sad, sudden shock.
Thanks for the best wishes all, much appreciated.
@Kat - yes, I did mention it around the time Joan Rivers was ill, and her family were contemplating pulling the plug. In terms of warning signs, hemorrhages are graded - with grades 1-4, people usually experience a headache leading up to the event, with grade 4 being one hell of a mother. With a grade 5, which is what my husband had, you tend to just pass out, with the likelihood of not waking up again.
So sad, my condolences to her family.
RIP, Terry.
