Thanks Derek...My lil sis has been single for over a year after a 4 year long relationship. She really likes a guy but their sex life is not great. I guess he is really small. My sister likes him a lot and is going to still try to see where things go. FWIW, one of my favorite lovaaaaas was on the smaller side of the spectrum. But I have no idea how small she means by small and I'm cool with not knowing the specifics!

A lady I worked with years ago had a best friend who's husband was smaller than small and he would also physically and verbally abuse her. He was a very little man in every way. I DID want to know "how little is little?" My friend held up her pinky finger and then covered most her finger leaving only the tip showing. AND she added, "I am not exaggerating!!" (And no, my friend didn't have unusually big hands.) the woman divorced him and re married him, then divorced him again after she found him cheating and he hit her. And this ugly little man didn't even contribute to their finances. He was a moooocher. And HE HAD A WIFE AND STILL GOT ANOTHER WOMAN TO BE HIS SIDE PIECE. ??

@Tricia - yes! We're in Playa Junquillal and it's pretty much us and the iguanas ;). Does your SO have any suggestions as to where we should visit? We've been to Playa Negra already and got some good surfing in.

@theresa....yes, he's a surfer too(at times)... So I would say because you are south ....check out Jaco for city vibe...or if you want to drive so where go to Tamarindo(about 2.5/3 hour scenic drive) and there you have more sun surf, restaurants and such...kinda...like an urban beach town...
San Jose the capital, is not too too far, but I am sure that's where you are flying in/out of.....my vote is Tamarindo for so e beach yoga..../spas/ Eco toyrs(though in your sector they should be active as well)....
Hope that helps....it's known for it's serenity...so enjoy it and suck it up(it's a blue zone country=healthiest place you can live or be:))
Congrats on the marriage Teresa. I have always wanted to do CR. The OPster and I did Nicaragua for our h'moon and spent 2 weeks on Little Corn. It was just wonderful and we went around the same time as you did to Central America. The wet must be staring around about now. Have fun and celebrate your love.

Back when I was single, I met this incredible guy. I couldn't believe he was still single. Tall and handsome. Attentive and funny. Really really perfect. I was waiting and waiting for "the night". When it finally came, I seriously oould not tell if it was in. I didn't believe pinky size existed. But, believe me, it does.
Later I figured out that he was taking steroids. Maybe that is part of the problem?
Didn't work out. He would have been a great best friend though.
