This A+ list mostly movie actor has always been known as a man who hits hotel bars late at night. He especially loves if they have a piano or some other kind of live entertainment. Since he has been married though, the trips have become earlier in the night or even during the middle of the day. Apparently he is no longer allowed to have more than one glass of wine or spirit per day and escapes the house to drink.

I dont know that Clooney and Anal see a lot of each other for him to be under orders while shes under contract.

Perhaps, but if a contract exists, only they and their lawyers know what's in it. Perhaps there is a "I am bearding/ representing you as you plan to run for some kinda office (which is a common belief): cool it with the public drinking , or.drinking in general. Also- the blind sounds silly and made up, but I think it's meant to imply clooney imho.
In addition to being a pothead, McConaughey's a heavy drinker.
I guess Depp since Enty has said that Amber Heard has some sort of legal control since they got married. It may just be his finances but perhaps his behavior determines what kind of spending money he gets?
I don't see this as Clooney. I doubt they're even together enough for her to enforce anything anyway.
