Katherine was taking care of her when Paris decided she didn't want to follow rules anymore and would rather be under the care of Debbie Rowe so I don't think the Jacksons are at fault here.

Sad. No one really cares for this girl hence the fact she is obsessed with her 'dad'. He was probably the only one who ever showed her real love and affection. She is obviously hurting very deeply and I do not see this ending well. It's all to Bobbi Kristina like. All so damn sad, I mean there does come a point where she is an adult and she needs to wise up but let's be real, no one REALLY cares for her. They care for her trust fund.

Paris has never been under Debbie's care. Debbie wanted to be more of a mother and Paris said noooooooooo. They actually fell out over it for a while, but Debbie is going through cancer treatments now and they've reconnected. TL; DR: Yes, everything is very much the Jacksons' fault.

The family is probably wziting for her to OD to get her inheritance.
