Random Photos Part One

Three parts today.

I'm not sure how desperate you have to be or how much money you would need, but this woman went home with Ronnie Wood last night.
Reese Witherspoon does a good job of hiding the bump.
Looking at these photos from that whole SATC prequel thing reminds me of Yo MTV Raps. Yep, that really was the name.
I think the 70's paneling is what really brings out the quality of this Snooki engagement photo. That and her tribute to the Lion King with her head wear.
Stephen Tyler announces that Aerosmith is releasing an album and going on tour.
Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez are still filming that spring break movie and have exhausted the world's supply of bikinis.

The Zooey on the set of the last day of filming this season for The New Girl. So, next year, it will be called? The Second Year Girl?

I have to say that Selena Gomez has a nice figure. Am I jealous? Yes.

Snooki is clearly still tanning even though she's pregnant. Reason #58353 she'll be a less than responsible parent.

Please add Snooki to the banned list. I'd rather read about LL than see pictures of her. Yuck.

I remember "Yo, MTV Raps"! Made fun of it then and I guess I still will.

Knowing that Ron Wood probably can't get it up makes me feel slightly more comfortable with that photo.

Have Selena and the Beaver broken-up? Haven't seen them together for a good while.

I'd go home with Ron Wood, but I understand I'm probably in the minority on that.

Oh boy, another Aerosmith album, just what we needed. Hope they're not taking cues from the new Van Halen album.

I thought Steven Tyler was a girl for a moment there. I'll bet Ron Wood smells like an ashtray and vodka

I don't think tanning is bad for baby, no? Not great for Snooks but I don't think it harms the fetus.

Anyone? Am I wrong?

I sometimes listen to Ronnie Woods' radio show, mostly because he is delightfully drunk for most of them.

Tanning when prego is a big no-no. Maybe she is just spray tanning.

OMG I'm an older woman and I wouldn't even do Ron Wood..ewww.

I'm sorry but I just don't get the Jersey -insert bad reality tv show here-, popularity. I've only watched a few seconds of these and wanted to put my hand through the tv. I want to live in the blissful world of denial that this much stupidity exists, let alone makes the kind of money they do based on it.

I think that SATC prequel is gonna suck.

Shamefully, I admit to watching Jersey Shore pop-up video yesterday for a few hours.

Jesus, Ronnie be Good. I'll take "Ronnie be Slightly Better" at this point. I wonder if the Stones will ever tour again. They were really awesome on the last tour. And the one before too.

Enty, I love you and you're BIs.

BUT

singlehandedly, you have made me feel repelled when I see pics of the following people I once sort of liked:

Reese
Nic Kidman
Julia
and newly added to the list- Sandra

please stop toying with my emotions.

love, j

You aren't supposed to tan or spray tan when you are preg. Le sigh about snookie.

Tanning is probably the least of the harmful things that Snooki is doing or will do in the future to that poor child.

I love New Girl, too. It improved sooooooo much from the first couple of episodes.

I heart the Zooey so much....

I don't think the UV rays actually reach baby, it is just about as harmful in that regard as tanning or being in the sun outside.

But, anything that heats up mom's core temperature - hot tubs, tanning beds, saunas, tanning outside, etc. can be really damaging to spinal formation.

The main ingredient in self-tanners is DHA and there is controversy as to whether it can penetrate the skin...a well-informed, cautious mother would tend to err on the side of caution I believe.

You mean, DUDE LOOKS LIKE A LADY?

(Hey, somebody had to!)

I really have a hard time believing Snooki is pregnant. She's too stupid and loves partying too much. I know there are lots of idiots that have babies but she has to hav some sense she'll be scrutinized. She must have a publicist. I have a feeling she'll have a "miscarriage" to garner sympathy.

seaward said...

I thought DHA was good for babies. I know my prenatals had it, and just about all baby crap is labeled with "Contains DHA!" Or are there two different DHAs?

twirldawg said...

Just did some giggling and they are two different kinds of DHA.

twirldawg said...

Giggling? Stupid autocorrect.
That should be Googling.

Thanks Enty for your comment about the 70's wood paneling. I'm going to pass that on for the Mum. Every time I tell her the paneling really needs to go she says "But, I liiiiike it." What good is new furniture, flat screen TV, etc., with one wall of wood paneling? AAGGHHHH.

AbderianLaughter said...

Sorry guys, you're right. I should have clarified! Docosahexaenoic acid is an omega-3 fatty acid that is also found in fish oil and supplemented in formula because it has been found to support nervous system development, among other things.

Self-tanner DHA is dihydroxyacetone

bad DHA, good DHA :-)

Califblondy, see if she'll paint over it. I have paneling in my living room, and had it painted over before I moved in. You hardly even notice it now.

I agree re: The New Girl. It is so, so funny! Last week's episode was hilarious -- everyone was "on," the script was brilliant, and Dermont Mulroney was actually really funny! He also cracked me up in this week's ep when he said something like "I eventually want to do you." He's gotten a lot better looking as he's gotten older, IMO.

Snookie looks ridiculous. That is all I have to say about that.

That Spring Break movie is going to be so awful. There's going to be nothing but pedophiles and tweeners going to see it, and that is not a good combination in a dark theatre.

@Momster
I watched the Jersey Shore Pop Up Video show too! I didn't pay attention to the show just the pop-ups! I wouldn't have watched it without them.

Sherry said...

At Momster and Sasha..Go wash your eyes out right this minute and never mention it again. You should be ashamed..*shakes head and tsk*

Peaceful warrior said...

Why post Snooki, I seriously do not understand why you play into her scam. This probably would have been the last season of the show and she along with many other women do the only thing they can to stay relevant.
It may sound cynical.

She looks too oompa loompa for a real tan. Its definitely from a bottle.

Amanda M. said...

No tanning, no hot tub...we don't want 'em cooking in there.

Ok, I just pictured giving birth to a roast. Wrong, totally wrong ...

Momster said...

LOL @ Sherry and Sasha. . .I was trying to fold laundry but I put it down until commercials so I could read the pop-ups (I couldn't multi-task that one).

Maybe next season can be called "The Zoo Girl."
The pop-up edition of Jersey Shore was interesting for the "insights." Reading Danielle's account of the "stalker" situation shows the whole thing in a different light.
Am I the only one who thinks Selena Gomez, albeit teenage sexy, has a disproportionately small head? Ironically, in view of recent BI's...

Principessa said...

Yeah, it's not great for mother or baby. Your body tperature can get too high, and because your skin is more stretched out on your belly, you have a higher risk of burning.

But that only applies to normal babies. This little Snooklet needs to build up a resistance to tanning beds, cigarettes, and douchebaggery now, or it'll be a huge culture shock when he's born*.

*I refuse to believe any God would allow her to have a daughter. Just....no.
