This Academy Award winning A- list actress confessed to an attendee at a party the other night that she had not eaten solid food in two weeks and was really looking forward to having a bite or two at the party. Yeah, the actress looked like she was skin and bones.

Just wondering, but are people really confident enough to admit such things to someone they probably don't know? If you know what I mean.
Ok I don't get it, is she destitute? Can't afford to buy food at home? Does her hubby not let her eat?
I am at a loss as to why she can only eat at events?

I just watched a movie with her called Shelter. She played a homeless, heroin addict and she must have weighed 90 pounds. There is a scene where a guy does his business all over her face--very graphic and degrading. Between that and Requiem for a Dream--I do not understand why she chooses such vile roles that are so humiliating...I get it is part of the story but at her caliber I would think she would avoid such scenarios...

It really sounds as if Jennifer has an eating disorder, She was SO hot back when she first appeared on the scene, around the time of the Rocketeer. And boy did she have curves!!!
I haven't seen pictures of her recently, but she used to be stunning. Sad that a woman with talent, beauty, children & a hot hubby still feels the need to starve herself. Being a woman of a certain age in Hollywood isn't for the faint of heart. I hope she gets help before she passes on a complex to her children or does permanent damage to her body.
I love her and this makes me sad.
I could never understand the appeal to be so skinny that you make yourself miserable. Then again, I'm not in hollywood so I guess it's different there. I still love food too much to ever do that, i don't care how much I got paid.

ueprint offer 7-day, 14-day and 21-day ones targeted to bride-to-bes. I actually like the juices, and by day three I always think I can do a couple more days of juice, but the craving to chew solid foods is a real thing!
hi@Jenn, those cleanses/detoxes are all fine & good but when you see some pics of her at certain angles she looks really malnourished-just not in a good "i just got all this toxic crap outa me" way & i'm glowing!
And to think she used to have such big breasts...
I love it when actors/actresses take gritty roles. It makes them see less image-obsessed.
I can't believe any idiot would say that people choose to have eating disorders. Her husband doesn't exactly appear very healthy either.
She used to look great, but Hollywood hates that. She didn't win an Oscar when she was hot.
She used to be a gorgeous girl, then she got "the thins" but I'm not sure when. It was around "Requiem" and "Beautiful Mind" time. The reason they do it is because it works. They get more and better roles when they look like starving waifs.
I wouldn't blame Bettany, I'm pretty sure that she started this shit before she met him.
