Another case cracked by reading the DM! Remember that commenter here a couple of weeks ago who said Amber was a dom? He/she never did say whether that was just a theory (a good theory, for sure) or if they had specific gossip about Amber. Stupid move Scamber. It will be used against you when they depose you and later at trial if it doesn't settle. That's in both the family law and civil cases.
