JV got an up close and personal look at this MTV actor. She says he was on something. She was guessing some kind of mushroom or something like that, but JV's friend was convinced it was meth. Either way, the A-/B+ lister was wasted and also hitting on a lot of guys. Maybe with the end of the show coming, he feels more free.
