On her most recent tour, this A+ list singer went a little diva on some of her employees. In the past, she has been super nice to them, but not so much this time. Reports of having to give her at least three feet of space at all times when she was walking and her ignoring anyone and everyone unless she had a reason to interact with them.

Seriously, she has talent but nothing out of the ordinary. She does do a lot of charitable things which is great, but she is such a douche canoe...

that whole Bad Blood song is based off swift's narrative that katy perry 'stole' dancers under her and 'compromised a whole tour' (wow, dramatic much? but she lives for it. she wouldnt have fodder for songs otherwise)
it's pretty much ridiculous. perry didnt steal from her...the dancers left on their own volition bc they didnt enjoy working with her....and she couldnt handle it.

She writes her own music, she sings and plays live, even in big stadiums. Taylor has talent. She demands space because she won't get it otherwise. Three feet is not a crazy amount to ask for - it's normal personal space that everyone else automatically expects in public places. She isn't as sweet as she plays herself out to be, but she's smart enough to control the situations she's in. What happens to other women who've been in her shoes? Katy Perry is rumored (by this site) to be a coke head, Gaga is messed up and struggling - JLaw had to have a parental intervention to get back to sanity. When you're that famous, everyone wants a piece of you and you have to save some of your energy for yourself.
I just volunteered at our local comic con. The celebrities there were certainly not A list, but when they weren't "on" they all had a manager and eveny staff to keep the fans at bay.

It's been revealed here that Ed Sheeran may be her long-time ghost writer, so perhaps she does NOT write her songs. Even if she did, they are mediocre exercises in mashing together the formulas of the moment, so why brag on that? She also has her dad's deep pockets to thank for the early sellouts in her career (i.e. buying every unsold ticket), as well as for the amount of promo $ spent on her singles (her dad is primary shareholder of Big Machine). Three feet of space is a ridiculous thing to expect when navigating the narrow hallways of just about any music venue's backstage area. All your post has reminded us is that TS is an entitled mediocrity, demanding to be treated like an entitled talent. You could demand more from your idols by refusing to buy yet another rewrite of the latest Max Martin formula, but the fact that you would defend Taylor Swift suggests you're comfortable in your stagnation. Kindly get out the way of people who demand art from their artists.

Agreed. She is from the country scene and isn't an idiot, most of her crew have been with her for 10+ years. There was a previous blind about her giving her staff a big bonus as a thank you for her success.
Tom was her *downfall?* Nah. Maybe the end of the hetero charade, but not downfall. She just needs a new schtick. This one is t-i-r-e-d—and tiring. Maybe the young girl fans she purports to adore would benefit more greatly by a role model who is true to herself and honest with them.

And Taylor had written the first three albums (including "Speak Now", where she writes all the songs all by herself) before she even MET Sheeran in 2012. But other than that…
