This C List actor on a network show thinks he’s really funny, when he’s not. Now his lawyers are grappling with a possible sexual harassment charge because one of his ‘jokes’ went awry. We thought it was common sense that putting your female costar’s underwear on the passed-out homeless man outside of the studio would be in bad taste.

I don't know. Personally, I think the bigger offense here is the mocking of a homeless person.
Also, HOW would this actor have procured that underwear?
ALSO, if these blinds originate from a photo agency, then why is there *never* any corresponding pictorial proof??!?!

That's truly offensive. There is no way that was meant to do anything but degrade the co-star AND the homeless guy. People disappoint me sometimes--how eager we are to be loved that we scrape the depths to get a laugh, a pat on the back.

Thanks for the clarification. He should have bought the homeless man underwear that he could actually use instead of that.
I'm with Ida. He doesn't even see the homeless man as a person.

Tracy was my first thought too.
I'm thinking Tracy Morgan. Couldn't be Tina Fey's underwear because I'm pretty sure she would handle it in her own special way rather than charging him with anything. Jane Krakowski?
