Been awhile since there was a good family feud. These two sisters are both actresses. Mostly movie. The older sister used to be the big star, but her career is starting to fade into indies while her younger sister is rocketing towards A list. Apparently the two barely speak to each other any longer because of the jealousy of the older sister.

I like this one, especially for the indie thing.
Doesn't seem to fit the Olsens, the Maras or the Arquettes. Can't think of any other sisters.
I took my guess back for Rooney and Kate because Rooney comes from more indie films and that is the only time she has success. and Kates career is not doing well with a few blockbuster bombs.
Dakota Fanning was HUGE but no longer and does indie movies no one sees. Elle is the most successful actress her age, now. Perfect blend of acclaimed indies and successful studio films.
In regards to the Arquettes---Rosannas career has been over for 20 years...

@tricia13 - with you on Mara sisters guess. Rooney has 4 indies coming up, Kate has a franchise( an awful one, but still).They both look like serious bitches, and Rooney is in random photos.
Both Fannings doing plenty of projects- mostly indie.Arquettes woulda been correct about 15 years ago- Only 1 acting Olsen.
What about Vera and Taissa Farmiga?
The Fanning girls do seem to have "issues" with each other. I'm going with Derek on this.

Im also with Derek on this one b/c seriously when's the last time anyone's gone to see a Dakota film?? -I saw the one with her & Eliz Olsen cuz it was free.
=Rooney Mara's on a HIGH cuz she just won the Cannes award for "Carol"- & wasn't she the 1st American woman to win it?...& there's Oscar Buzz for her role so,she's not jealous of Kate now for anything especially after Kate's Fab Four Flop..
Oh & Vera is too Kool to be jealous of Taissa... the others were already discounted...
This isn't the Mara sisters--if they hate each other, it's been for a long time; they haven't been in any photos together since 2013. (Besides, Kate's never been a big star. I love her, but her big break didn't come until House of Cards...which was after her sister got the Oscar nom.)
So I'd go with either the Fannings (Dakota and Elle) or the Farmigas (Vera and Taissa). Dakota would fit since she kind of hit her peak in the super successful Twilight franchise; now she's in indies that disappear minutes after their Onion AV Club review posts. Elle's getting really good press for movies and is a rising star as her sister falls.
And Vera went from being in big movies (I can only remember Up in the Air) to...what, she's on some cable network doing the Psycho series? Mostly movies sure fits... Anyway, Taissa went from her TV show to a string of movies. And The Finals Girls just did well, right?

*Taissa Farmiga is only 21 and older sis Vera is 42 I think- so they wouldn't work according to last sentence and careers etc, I don't think.

OK since it's before midnight & i'm back on the BIs I can change my guess- since I always,always thought Rooney was younger(& thus my whole rationalization above of why she would not be jealous of Kate) i went w/the Fannings..but this changes everything...Yeah..I can't stand Kate Mara at all!!!! I like Rooney-I like her edge & I think she IS a good actress!
