I'm one of the only one of my friends who dont get the hype for this show
I'm only three episodes invested so I tried to figure out what the heck is going on. I didn't notice anything.
They did a great job of hiding her bump. Also her emotional range was intense for a pregnant woman. She acted as if she wasn't being weighed down by a pregnancy at all.
Am I the only one who was hoping that this would have ended in a Maury moment?
Jake or Fitz? Who's the baby daddy?
Next on Maury!
I noticed it when she was wearing the black and white moo moo looking thing. Her face is also much fuller to me. So yeah.
What I really noticed is how "gangsta" Tom the Secret Service agent is. He is deeeeeeep into this whole B613 thing. Scary dude.
That said, I cannot stand Olivia's father. Someone please kill his ass already.
WAR OF THE POPES FOR SURE!
Yes, she has been covering that "bump" for the last few episodes. Lot's of close-ups, hiding behind a huge purse, lots of coats, and many desk shots.
She isn't pregnant anymore, that's why it's not noticeable.
I think she had the baby sometime in late Jan or Feb and has been wearing a fake bump around so she doesn't have to talk about it.
Nope. Too fascinated by her bad acting. She can only do one facial expression, lips all wobbling whether she is supposed to be angry or sad.
I don't get at all how sacndal can be successful.
I don't get it either, Dragon! Doesn't interest me at all.
Never watched a single episode.
I have to admit, I didn't notice it for the first time in ages (and to whoever said she'd had the baby....ummmm...wrong).
The episode needed more Scott Foley, though. They all do, really... <3
My favorite was when she sat down by her father's bed and they hid her stomach behind the plastic patient water pitcher in an off angle shot. I've been noticing her bump and the weight gain in her face for last 3 or 4 episodes. Been fun to watch them hide her behind iPads, purses, coats, tables, tight shots, and everything else they've had to do.
The show itself jumps between crazy, stupid, outlandish, and completely unbelievable. I watch it mostly for Josh Malina and Scott Foley now.
They did a good job with pretty much shooting her from the chest up or from the back, but her face is much rounder ...they did a couple flashback scenes last night and you could really see it.
But that's the way it goes when a pregnancy can't work into a story line.
I thought the finale was darned good ... I'll admit I'm getting kind of frustrated with how one-dimensional Kerry's acting is. It might have always been, but it took me a while to find it a bit annoying.
Nevertheless, it's definitely got a place on my DVR and I'm curious to see how they untangle and re-weave all these characters back together next season.
I get why it's so popular -- there's just something about the Washington crowd and their manipulation of the American people that is fascinating. And probably way closer to the truth than I want it to be.
Yes, Don't get why they showed it...they had many different ways of portraying that scene...never the less, she's so lucky they tried to hide that for her
by the way
- loved the ending (wish the show could end just like this)
- happy FLOTUS got that cross off her back
- have always been a fan of Olivia's father Team Poppa Pope
- hated Jake in the beginning, now he's cool
- Charlie is the love of my life
- Finn/Quinn Plot is truly disgusting, I've lost all hope for Finn.
