He wants to selectively reduce the population of the world. Whether it is through food modification that leaves you sterile or "vaccines" that do the same. So, it shouldn't be a shocker that suddenly with the opportunity to expand this latest Ebola pandemic that he has arranged for as many infected patients as possible to be released. He has done it through bribes and violence.
