Blind Item #8

Over the past several months, three attempts have been made by two different freelance journalists to access a three acre section of a multiple acre property still owned by the family of an A++ lister. Even though security in most of the property is fairly basic, this three acre section has trip wires, an armed security response and now a barbed wire fence is being built around the three acres. Superficially there is nothing remarkable about the three acres. It is empty wilderness that is parched dry much like the rest of the vast property. About eighteen months ago some wildlife was in the area and would not leave the three acre area. It was never ending and a wildlife exert was brought in to see why.

This wildlife expert was not asked to sign a NDA because the owners didn't think there was going to be a reason to have one signed so the expert investigated without having to keep their results secret. That has since changed, but for the first several days, the expert told several people what they discovered and why the wildlife was going crazy. A mass grave had been dug up by the wildlife. The owners assumed it was the bones of small animals and the area was a feeding area. Nope. The bones were human. There were lots and lots of them scattered throughout the area. The wildlife had dragged them to all corners of this area.

Apparently what has leaked out is the bodies are about 25 years old. There have always been rumors floating around that around Christmas when these bodes were buried that this at the time A+ list singer visited. Not only did he have his way with the wife of the owner (who knows nothing else and would have said something for sure), but also, as a thank you present from the owner was introduced to some young tweens who were visiting because they were homeless orphans. Things got out of hand and the story goes the bodies were buried where no one would ever look. Maybe not people, but the wildlife did.

There is definitely something there being protected that didn't use to be and for no apparent reason.

  10. From what I've read, it usually takes about a year for a corpse to rot.

What I don't know is if the bones of a skeleton still contain bone marrow (which might have some nutritional value for animals)

  11. A++ lister owns property and was married. A+ list singer visited and had his way with owner's wife. Visiting singer was introduced to the tweens as a thank you (for what?) and things got out of hand.
This doesn't really sound like it has to do with Neverland.

    1. @plot I usually agree with most of what you post (and cringe at all the hate you get - keep on keepin’ on, brother/sister), but bones are very often unearthed by wildlife. Their keen senses of smell go beyond flesh. The only reason I say this is because I have taken many classes in forensics, and that’s actually the way many cold cases resurface and/or get solved. And I’m not saying that it’s Neverland Ranch, either. Just providing some info :)

  18. Were the bodies of 25-year-olds, or had they been there 25 years? They "were buried around Christmas".
It's not really clear what state the property is in, just that it's desert-like. Could even be Mexico? Could this be a NXIVM blind? I think the bodies were of ~25year-olds, not buried 25 years. What happened w/ NXIVM around Christmas?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Also isn't MJJ always "permanent A++" according to Enty?!?! I can see the A+ list singer at that the time which would have been at or around 1993 as R. Kelly who was also known as a producer. The tweens were probably offered to him as a thank you for producing the singer in questions song/album

  22. FACTS FROM ABOVE:
    Parched land = California

"still owned by the family of an A++ lister" implies the A++ lister is deceased.

A++ lister let the A+ singer sleep with his wife.

Wife is a bigmouth and has no loyalty to the deceased A++ lister ("who knows nothing else and would have said something for sure")

If they have this kind of armed security, it implies great wealth is still held by the family (plus its part of "vast property")

And Neverland was obviously always hosting tweens, especially disadvantaged ones. Not sure who the visiting A+ singer would have been ca 1994/95.

  44. The animals might not have had to dig them up. They could have been buried shallow or the ground eroded away. And yes, animals could still be interested. Raccoons will come up on your porch and dig in potted plants because they smell the fish meal in some potting soils. I had some beef bones that I boiled clean for stock and dumped out in a compost pile. Years later, my dog still digs one out once in a while. It takes very little to draw their keen senses.

  55. I think this is Arizona or Texas, not California.
    1. Enty says about 18 months ago is when the wildlife was visiting. That would put the timeframe at January 2017.
    2. Enty then says that the A+ list singer visited around Christmas. That would be Christmas, 2016. Wildlife would have visited very quickly after the bodies were in the ground so January, 2017 fits.
    3. Property is still owned by A++ lister's family so the A++ lister died very soon after the Christmas visit.
    4. Bodies are about 25-years-old (meaning the people who were buried were about 25 when they died). They may also be bodies of young tweens mentioned in the blind as well.

  56. So let's assume for a second this makes sense. It doesn't really, but let's play along.

3 acres isn't much on any kind of "vast estate", so it can't be some obscure location or no one would even notice. If it was in the wilds of New Mexico, for example, who would ever notice 3 acres fenced off?

So let's think in or very near a populated area.

Second, we have wildlife activity concerning enough that you call in an expert. Again, no one is going to notice raccoons or possums or even deer enough to call in help. So think predator. Puma, maybe, or more likely a bear. That's something you'd call in help for.

With everything else, I'd be looking for a large family-owned estate in southern California, but not deep in the desert.

    1. It’s not only 3 acres. This is what it says:

    ReplyDelete
  64. Would Hugh Hefner be A++? He was married to Crystal in 2017 and died that year in September. They basically have a zoo on the property. They could fence off a section and it would go unnoticed. Maybe a bear got in.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Having to guard mass graves on the family estate, talk about first world problems.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I think the 25 years refers to the time since burial, not the age of the victims at death. That sentence could go either way, but later we're told the victims were tweens. Also, it talks about there "always being rumors," which sounds like longer than a year or two.

Around here, there are quite a few small graveyards and burial plots on private property. In some cases, they date from before it was illegal to bury family members on your own land. In others, they are just small graveyards left behind when churches or communities disappeared. I don't know how common that is in other places, but a small graveyard (3 acres isn't huge) could look like a good place to dispose of a few more bodies. And if you don't hire pros to do it right -- maybe you don't want more witnesses -- it would be easy not to put them deep enough.

So there's an idea that would explain why this area was already sort of set off from the rest. One thing I'm wondering about, though: how many tweens would be provided for a visiting star, and would that account for "lots and lots" of bones? I guess it could, if they were scattered around and you'd never seen that kind of thing anymore.

By the way, it doesn't say the wild animals "lived on" the bones, only that they kept coming back to the spot and that they dragged the bones around. Dogs (or wolves, coyotes, etc.) will do that, even reburying them elsewhere to save for another time.

Neither example you site is one of 25 years.

If there were attractive bones in that area, to be eaten for minerals and calcium, animals would have dug them up long ago. Suddenly doing so 25 years afterwards, doesn't follow.

Look at how found buried bodies of missing people end up after a year, two years, even 10 years. There are shreds left because YES animals will dig up anything that smells of decay. Animals suddenly taking an interest at 25 years is ridiculous.

I'm learning more about badgers here this evening.

The grave digging phenomena seem to be localized to the UK (and how!) though there are some instances in continental Europe. It appears to coincide with loss of habitat and the need for burrows in a country where graveyards are some of the only natural areas left. The bones aren't eaten but rather thrown out of the new burrow.

So maybe that's where this BI is set, though I kinda doubt it with the depiction of the arid environment.

Interesting fact, badgers will bury dead cows, with incredible speed, to eat over the course of several days - added for the ew factor.

Here's another interesting article for you -

    http://mentalfloss.com/article/77119/6-archaeological-finds-made-badgers

So it's possible that a badger was creating a new den and tossing the bones around in the process.

It's a low atoll so very parched, there would be small islets around the atoll to bury bodies in, there isn't much security for the resort needed, the Tahitian Petrel is a burrowing bird and isn't about leave where is has burrowed of course, would have a tendency to spread any bone remains around, and it would attract freelance journalists because Obama is planning to write his memoirs there.

By 1993 or so Brando was in no shape to sexually service a woman, he needed Michael Jackson to buy him a golf cart with an oxygen tank to just get around Neverland, and the wife would be pleased for the attention.

cali had a terrible drought that seems to be over. wildlife moves during any sort of massive/prolonged weather change. it's survival. humans aren't smart enough to do that any longer, wildlife is and critters that might not have been in the area where these alleged bones are located might be there now getting their supplements on in a morbid way.

you have to also consider that when people lived on or near this land they would have taken precautions to keep pesky critters out/off the land. for instance there are things amusement parks use around their perimeters to keep snakes from slithering onto the grounds and joining your kids in the wave pool. different types of fencing and traps can be laid out for other animals/reptiles/etc. those precautions were probably stopped when the property was abandoned.

remember that these bones were probably not buried inside any kind of casket or a container so they were more vulnerable to the varmints.

  93. Just to clarify:

Apparently what has leaked out is the bodies are about 25 years old. There have always been rumors floating around that around Christmas when these [bodies] were buried that this at the time A+ list singer visited.

So, the kids were tweens at the time of the incident, things got out of control (as they do), and the kids were killed and buried. (Convenient about them being homeless orphans, right?) So the murders occurred 25 years ago, more or less, which puts them in the early 1990s.

  97. "Superficially there is nothing remarkable about the three acres. It is empty wilderness that is parched dry much like the rest of the vast property."

To add to the discussion - in particular regarding the climate and fauna of the southwest especially the Chaparral climate of Cali/Socal - it is very arid with periods of heavy winter/spring rains. We have been in a multiyear drought despite heavy winter/spring rains the past couple of years.

In fact, the past El Nino/La Nina heavy rain weather period was a couple of years ago, I believe ending in 2016. While there were heavy rains this past winter which followed the massive Santa Barbara wildfire, causing massive mud and land flows, IIRC there were also similar weather effects the previous year, which would align with the start period of the animals scattering bones all over this particular area 18 months ago.

These heavy rains in the arid southwest often cause flash floods and are known to move tremendous amounts of dirt and rock. It could very well be that the graves/cadavers were exposed by such storms and heavy rains, allowing either scavengers or osteophagic herbivores such as deer or cattle much easier access to them/their contents.

We also have had a huge population explosion of coyotes in recent years, which are more than happy to play with and chew on 25 year old bones. There are also black bears, mountain lions, and even the occasional wild/feral dogs & hogs who may show interest.

I like the MJ/Lisa Marie Presley/RKelly guess for this. Neverland Ranch is YUUUUUUGE (roughly 3000 acres) of mostly parched dry wilderness. Must be minimal security at best nowadays (outside of the Blind's 3 acres, purportedly). Not to mention the poor homeless orphan street urchins, I mean this is NEVERLAND we are talking about, literally the physical manifestation of the Peter Pan's Neverland. MJ no doubt would have no interest in the female tweens, so it would be a perfect "gift" to hand them over to R Kelly in return for songs/lyrics that MJ was in desperate need of "about 25 years ago".

The Hearst Ranch would be a good fit for the property description as well as it is MASSIVE and a cattle ranch to boot, however William Randolph Hearst died in '51 and I don't think any of his offspring could come anywhere close to A++ list. Reagan ranch would fit but given his and Nancy's age, no chance. Sinatra hit that many years before.

Particularly given the drought conditions and overdevelopment have severely restricted their traditional food sources.

  100. This might be my favorite line:
“This wildlife expert was not asked to sign a NDA because the owners didn't think there was going to be a reason to have one signed so the expert investigated without having to keep their results secret. “

If there was any doubt before that this was bullshit this line should leave you with no doubt. I’m pretty sure no court in the country would enforce an NDA on someone for reporting finding bones on a property and a suspected murder. Sorry, but I’m not buying it. An NDA doesn’t cover illegal activity and would never be enforced to do so.
