If it were a whopper and a triple thick shake, super sized fries and a half a pecan pie I would have to say Tyra Banks. Woulda pulled the same gasps in Hollywood.

Meth or crack, it's all bad. Where crack can kill you on the spot, meth is a slow death, turning a once seemingly normal person into a psychotic, twitching, sore covered, toothless mess. Both will cause you to loose your looks, finances, and will to live.
i would say lohan for the train wreck actress, but she's been stuck in rehab for awhile now.

Nowhere does it specify that the model & the wreck are one and the same person.
In that case it must be Moss/Lohan. They were famously bff's for a while...
As the term 'top model' is synonymous with the tv prog, I don't think this is Kate Moss; I believe Ent would use 'supermodel' to imply her rather than top model to avoid confusion with the prog.
And if the top model and the trainwreck actress are the same people, then can it really be Janice Dickinson? Is she an actress? I don't know much about her, but I do know that being on a reality tv prog doesn't make you an actress!
Could we please retire the term "train wreck" to describe someone? I really think it jumped the shark when Anna Nicole died. Same with "drinking the kool aid". Someone needs to pass the memo to Bill O'Reilly.

just want to point out that this is a NY Daily News BI, not one of Ent's so the choice of words- Top Model or supermodel isn't really Ent's call.
Wonder if it could be Adrienne Curry, the first winner of ANTM. Didn't she have some TV show documenting her boob job? If that isn't a train wreck (wannabe) actress i don't know what is.
I think janice, top model, train wreck (she was on that VHI show (Surreal life maybe?) and Omarosa kept calling her a crack head. Her crazy behavior was covered by daily news a few months ago pretty heavily
That, and I couldn't really think of anyone else that fit as well.
I'm going with Janice - her FACE is a frackin' wreck lately and meth-heads (in a good mood) act really really odd, as in 'let's show off my crotch to peeps who really don't want to see'. I see Adrienne Curry as more of a stoner/downer pill popper moreso then a methhead. IMO, of course.

I hate to be random. I have been trying to solve some Blind Items. I keep going back to all the hints about Molly Sims. I didn't know who she was, she's a model, some small acting roles. If you right click her pictures it says that she is a kindness BI. Going back, she has to be this one:
Why is it that it is the women who are always the subject of the kindness part? A list model/actress more model than actress has been in and out of the office lately because she is coming out with a new product and there are some details to be worked out. Because she has been in so frequently, she learned that one of the people in the office had both of her parents die in a car accident during the summer and had really been devastated by this. She had been in the car with her parents and did not even get a scratch and so was feeling really guilty and really depressed.
Our model overheard the secretary discussing Dancing With The Stars and how it was the one bright spot of the week for her where she really just could let her troubles go. Without letting anyone know, model arranged for Secretary to attend the final episode of the season and to go backstage and meet the finalists. She also arranged for a makeover and new clothes and a limo to the show. There were no cameras there to record this and no publicity. This was just one person who overheard someone who was in pain and used their celebrity for good with nothing in return. Model called in a bunch of favors just because she is that kind of person. No one asked her to do it, and no one knew she was doing it until she sprung the surprise. You should have seen the look on Secretary’s face when Model told her what she had done and the excitement the day after the final show when Secretary could not stop talking and sharing and you could see the sparkle back in her eyes. It has been a few weeks now, and she is just 1,000% percent better from what she was and you can see she is starting to live again.
Whoever it was that did that extremely kind gesture deserves to be known. I hope that BI is revealed, and I'd love for it to be Molly Sims!

For this BI I think Adrianne Curry is a good guess. She's had a brush of drug use in her early years, she loves pushing the envelope either by shredding her clothes or drinking heavily. She was a mess before Chris Knight too.
I think Janice she's obvious about her drug use. But will say this people who get off meth can experience withdrawl symptoms for up to a year, even more. It's harder to kick than crack.
