The wannabe hoofer is a he, so I am voting for Chaz, and the ex is David Arquette's sister Alexis.
Agreed it can't be Kardashians unless the wording is screwed up. "because HIS (the dancer's) ex was the blacksheep" Rob's only well-known ex was that former Cheetah girl, adrienne something-or-other.

It doesn't say the two contestants were the ones who were almost married. My guess is some guy on the show almost married Mackenzie Phillips.
(And thus, he and Chynna Phillips were almost related by marriage.)
Or it could be Ron Artest & Khloe, if you go with a loose definition of "black sheep." I don't think the others consider Khloe an outcast, but sometimes she does.
