Why isn't shoot, I can't even remember her name...Rachel Weisz. why isn't she a bigger thing? Is she too nicey? Too forgettable? too posh? Not bitchy enough? Not boring? too shyish? If she vamped it up a bit, got away from the wallflower, vanilla, I'm shy, thing that is natural to her, perhaps she'd garner more interest. But then again, perhaps that would mean casting couch payment for getting those juicier roles. Perhaps she's smart for playing her career close to the vest. She seems so sweet, calm, secure, kind, intelligent, dignified. I wish she'd headline more, but I certainly don't wish any casting couching on her, that's basically, some Michael Bay, James Cameron ego maniac douchebag hail caesar-type sneering at you and telling your your nothing special and he's going to use you: you are my whore, your payment is this role, now get on your knees, starts undoing pants..unzips... and scene.

@ lostathome - Karl Lagerfeld wears those fingerless gloves to hide his cryptkeeper hands, like Madonna does. The hands show one's age!

Rachel Weisz is lovely, but she can be horribly arrogant and has made some some rude statement about Americans not being educated and not knowing where Europe is, and acted as if her then fiance Darren Aronofsky was the only intelligent American she tripped over while living in the U.S.
OTOH she's very talented and can be very charming in interviews.
