You know how when a woman asks a guy if she looks fat that the guy is supposed to say no? Well, this A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee with the very guarded private life asked that question of her boyfriend yesterday at lunch and he said yes. He also said her dress was not doing her any favors and then he went on for a good minute telling her all the ways she looked fat and had been gaining weight and then couldn't understand why the actress started crying.

I don't even like her, I think she's ascended (descended?) to Portman levels of awards thirst, but this is cruel. Are they even together anymore?

Well, at least she knows he's honest. And also a douchecanoe.
Her award thirst irritated me the past couple of years but for some reason I woke up one day and liked her. It was odd, irritating on Monday and love on Tuesday.
Any woman that asks that deserves the answer..get a mirror and stop worrying about what other people think. Celebs would be shocked to know-how little most people think about them at all.
There is nothing honest about calling Jessica Chastain fat. Delusional, maybe

The boyfriend works in fashion, for Moncler, so he should be keeping her in nice overpriced parkas this winter. So either he was joking and this is BS, or he's a douche and made her cry over something else, or it's all crap.

Portman as award thristy? LOL She barely campaigned for Black Swan(and don't give me that BS argument, that she became pregnant for the awardseason.
Fox Searchlight did the majority of her campaiign. Quite honestly I had the impression during that award season that she don't cared that much about winning. But that's just my opinion.
As for Jessica. there is no fat on that woman. Either this is BS, or her boyfriend should be much more realistic about how a woman supposed to look ideal...
Well, there is, actually. But she's not fat. She's maybe a size 10 or 12. Normal. But she's not Karlie Kloss or Miranda Kerr, lol.
Portman lied all throughout award season about the amount of actual dancing she had done, making it seem like she'd learned in months what real ballerinas learn in years. She's as fake as they come don't be fooled and yes she was VERY award hungry.
Chastain has a bit of a gut that she uses spanx for I assume but that is all
