Her manager wanted her to pose topless. After much consideration though, the still a minor Disney tweener was told to wear as little as possible and that she could have a wardrobe malfunction. That way the sexy images could still be published which wouldn’t be legal if she was topless. All of this to make sure she got the most publicity the day her record and book went on sale.

She's too pretty, and not talented enough to over come that. Much like Amber Heard or Olivia Wilde, she is too hot for acting. No male buys that things could go badly for her, and she's too hot for Females to like her. There are plenty of Males who fall into this trap. They are off puttingly good looking, so men are too jealous to go watch them, and women don't really buy them as figures whose lives are flawed.

Good acting can overcome that, but BT can't bring the goods. Her height, at 5-8+ hurts as well, much like Wilde and Heard. It cuts down on the available co-stars, who don't want to be shorter than their female co-star. BT is taking the path of least resistance to success. I don't think she has any real substance abuse problems. She, and her family, want desperately to be famous. Thus the hypersexualization of her image.
Long time lurker, first time poster
I remember a few months I saw Bella Thorne on a red carpet. First I thought she was Jessica Chastain who is 20 years older then her. She looked like a young woman in the middle of her twenties. I was shocked when I'm found out she is just 17. I didn't see her in anything so I cannot judge how good or bad actress she will become. But clearly she looks more mature then she really is.
I did watch though Amber and Olivia Wilde a couple of times. While Amber so far failed to iprove me that she should be an actress, and I still know her mostly because she is with Johnny Depp.
Olivia Wilde in the other hand impressed me in her roles both in TV (I loved her in the Black Donellys and she will owned her role as 13 on House) and in movies(she was for example the best thing in Tron:Legacy besides Daft Punk's music). I really recommend the movie Drinking Buddies where her performance is simply superb. I agree that her often mesmeriziing beauty could distract the view from her performance, but I think she is at least a very decent actress.
She's not "too hot for females to like her." I think most of her fans are female. And I like Olivia Wilde, but she's not too hot for acting, either. Amber Heard is just a terrible actress. Check her out in that film with Kevin Costner, she's cringeworthy.
I've known that Amber Heard can't act since '07. I actually watched "Hidden Palms" (the Kevin Williamson mystery series that got truncated to a mini when nobody but I was watching it in the summer) and she had like zero chemistry with the male lead even though she was supposed to be all sexy. I grant you she was playing against her sexual preference ('07 is when she and Tasya got serious enough to wear the "wedding" rings although they couldn't make it legal until '08, of course), but still. Richard Gere and Jodie Foster did a better job of faking it in "Sommersby", ffs.
Bella, I can't say. I think that she's really jealous that she was the lead on "Shake It Up", but because Zendaya is two years older, she got to break out of the Disney zone earlier and has left Bella behind, as it were. It just seems like unnecessary panic; as far as I know, she had a lot of good will behind her. There has to be an easier way to "transition" to the mainstream than this.
I guessed Bella Thorne before the blind was revealed,cant say I am too shocked.

Conveniently enough, her manager Thor Bradwell, and another lady whom is probably part of her PR team, can be seen in the background of some of the photos.
What this set doesn't show is the picture of Bella in the surf and the wardrobe malfunction that did occur with her bikini top (if you search the interwebs hard enough, you can find it). Accident or planned, who knows(?), but ENTY was dead-on with this blind.

oliva wilde is one of the hottest people on the entire planet, but most women i know of love her, they all have crushes on her. she's one of the rare insanely hot yet likable girls.
