This mid teen Disney star who is moving from her now ended hit show to some spin off is hooking up with a record producer twice her age. I think she is a little young to be having sex for tracks but that is what she is doing. Where are the parents? She is out "recording" until sunrise with this guy and no one says anything.

Yep, pretty sure this is supposed to be Peyton List. Jessie is ending. Her and the other kids (minus one) have a spinoff show in the works.
Peyton is currently in Austin attending SXSW. Not sure who the record producer might be, though.
Where the hell are the police? There's obviously highly illegal stuff going on on Disney and Nick sets, Why won't the police get involved? Where is CPS?
The parents sold their children to Disney. It's been happening since the 1950s.

It is Peyton List from "Jessie" (the show who will get a spin-off). She is working on an album. At this moment she is still writing and trying to find her sound.
