Beyonces dad got married 2 years ago and Beyonce pretty much hates him so I doubt he has access to her back-up dancers....Maybe if he was her manager like he was back in the day (and like Britneys dad) that could work.

I so want this to be Katy Perry, just because her parents are so conservative and religious. besides entry never said if the papa was married or divorced.
I like @Whywhywhy???'s guess. Though I have never seen nor been to a Beiber concert so I can't say with certainty that he has any female backup dancers. Poppa Beiber does seem douchetastic enough to be the culprit, though.
