Blind Item #8
It is really splashy and the internet is talking about it, but just like everything in this B list rapper's life, it is all for show and leased, not owned.

Tyga and Kylie's Ferrari Bday gift
Too many of you don't understand car sales. There are two types of vehicle purchasing: an 'Out Right' purchase and a "Leased" purchase. Either way, you still own the car.
The more expensive a car cost, the more likely people will have to "Lease" it, so they have a lower monthly payment. You still own the "Leased" car. You just own it for the term of the lease; which is now usually 5 to 7 years.
At the end of the lease term, you have the opportunity to pay the remainder of the car loan off, OR, re-finance it, OR -- more likely -- return the vehicle to the bank at the end of the term at what is known as "Residual Value" -- which is predetermined by the bank at the time of purchasing.
Please in car sales, do not confuse 'rental' and 'lease.'
They are completely separate animals even though you think they are the same.
According to TMZ (I know) he didnt buy this car for her or lease it, he repainted one he gave someone else and took back when they broke up and it still has the same plates.
That's sad.
Black Chyna's car
the mercedes whatever he repainted and she happened to be driving, the ferrari is different car she just got last night
I don't think leasing is a beg deal, myself. What's the likelihood she'll want the same car by lease end, anyway? So she gets a new one. Unless you're a collector, purchasing a luxury car is sort of pointless for some people.
In California there are different laws for buying, leasing or "borrowing" a car. Many dealerships will have a contract for someone who just wants to "borrrow" the car to show off for a new reality show or paps....
When an article came out a week ago how these punk kids can't pay their rent and then the next week they buy a ferrari. GMAFB. The only people dumber than these Hollywood morons are the one who actually believe shit like this!
This loser is the best she can get. Decent, handsome and/or rich guys stay fifty miles away from these skanks. And the Jenner ones are just as bad as the K-trash ones.
Always lease. Never buy a depreciating asset.
