Despite his best efforts, this late night talk show host, is having trouble keeping this reality star from a cable show that hopefully won't get another season in the closet. The stories they come up with to make it look like he only enjoys women are getting out of hand.

It was a wee um- unclear lol- but I think it's Andy Cohen and Jax Taylor(VanderpumpRules) on WWHL. I didn't watch, but saw he was on and frankly never thought he was straight. I also think he's the BI answer(s) RE: the VR cast member who was an escort....
Except that Andy Cohen is not a "Late Night" Host.
There must be an Enty translator portal somewhere. These can be pretty painful to puzzle out. Sometimes by the time I figure out what an item's saying, I've used up all of my guessing time.

It has long been a rumor that Jax and Andy had slept together.

FWIW,i thought the answer was right just that Enty's description of Andy Cohen was off- he's a Nightime/Evening Host in my view.
Actually, all the guys on Vanderpump Rules seem gay.
Last season there was an episode where Jax's old friend and roommate came to town from FL. Apparently Jax moved to LA after stories that he and FL guy were in a relationship. The guy admitted to still having Jax's "modeling" pics in his home. Totes Andy and Jax.
It's imply, not infer. The speaker implies, the listener infers.

Who the hell is Andy Cohen (or anyone, really, but especially him) to be "outing" or "inning" anyone?
Jax has to stay in the closet, or the entire first two seasons of VR gets exposed (Jax and Stassi storylines, Jax and Kristin, Jax and any woman), and people will question the entire premise of the series. Also, yeah, i can ship Jax and Andy. Jaxand FTW.
