Why yes, that was this Teen Mom smearing lipstick all over her face at a restaurant while trying to talk to fans. Luckily for her she was hustled out of there before everyone knows how bad her drug problem is. She really needs some help.

What morons would be fans of ANY of the teen moms? SMDH.
I can't believe in live in a generation where we have made celebrities out of people for no other reason than they failed Sex Ed.
+1 she was quite out of it on last nights episode. If I may mention post rehab, while driving and texting. Not feeding her girls who were hungry before school. She looked like a sloppy mess. Sad for her 3 daughters...

It's Jenelle. She was seen stumbling around drunk/high in New York City a few weeks ago. The fans that saw her said she was screaming, could barely walk and was making inappropriate gestures.
