That's the whole point. They look like women, so some of the guy's 'heterosexuality' is left intact while they get to enjoy the man bits, which is also the whole point - "the best of both worlds". The truth, despite not being PC, is that to put it derogatorily....pre-op trans women are a 'gateway fuck" letting a closeted gay male enjoy being gay, f**king guys, while not technically TOTALLY f**king guys. bottomline: self-loathing/closeted gay men are big fans of trans porn, f**ks, etc.
