Hey, I don't think it's fair to simply refer to Mitchel Musso and Emily Osmett as "store employees" here I mean they used to be co stars!!
Whereas my sympathies are with the other customers being forced to inhale unwanted drugs.
Later in life, that story is worth more than that job.

God she's one of the cutest and nicest seeming down to earth celebs. I hope she keeps being her awesome self despite all the finger wagging haters.
It is nice that most commenters support the idea of being a customer who has to breath the second hand smoke of pot. Had she been smoking a legal cigarrette, all those people would be hating her for giving other people cancer.
So I'm gonna make an assumption that Miley wanted to buy a tent for burning man or something (seems like something she would be into.) and started talking to the employees and must have mentioned having bomb weed. LOL. I mean...I don't think I'd smoke *IN* work...even with Miley. I'd tell her to hit me up after though...I get the whole second hand smoke argue and all but...meh...don't REALLY care.

If she was doing something not legit, the other customers could have simply tell her and her friends.others customers to leave, be pot or just cigarettes. Simple as that,
