Since LeAnne doesn't eat anyway, he doesn't need to order. He can just eat off of her plate, once she's done picking and moving her food around.

There is indeed a Denny's in NYC that serves a $300 breakfast! Two grand slams and a bottle of Dom Perignon. I don't know why anyone would actually do that, but *shrug*
