Blind Item #4

All the answers this week to the blind items are people who have never previously been an answer to a blind in the past decade.

I wouldn't really call this a kindness but I like to point out people who go above and beyond and are loved by everyone they encounter. Such is the story of this B/B- list mostly television actress who concurrently had recurring/main roles on two of the biggest network hits (different networks/no superheroes) of the past decade. In each of them, she was only supposed to be a guest, but she was no nice and so genuine to everyone that the writers changed storylines just to get her more episodes to the point where she was practically main cast in both shows at one point. Just an incredibly wonderful person.

Not Alison Brie, she was revealed in a "kindness" blind in March 2013. Kindness blind items count right?

I believe she is also on Grimm. Although Enty should have said "celebrity offspring" since her dad was Richard Burton.

Yeah- somebody else maybe... she is super kind though I've heard

Pamela Adlon? She's been on an awful lot of shows I know Californication doesn't count but Louie should and maybe something else?

This blind is written in the past tense, so it makes me think it's about someone who used to be on two shows, not currently on two shows. I did a little putzing around and found one that might fit. Diane Neal? She had a guest role on Law & Order: SVU (NBC), but was given an actual role that she held from 2003-2012. From 2010-2014, she had a recurring role on NCIS (CBS). That character was written into NCIS: New Orleans, too.

Amy Acker.

This. She's had several shows where 1 off characters morphed into long term regular or recurring gigs. The creative (writers and production staff) rave about her afterwards.

IMDB says about Amy Acker: "Starting with the season five episode, Alias: S.O.S. (2006), she was promoted from guest star to series regular on Alias (2001), and appeared in the opening credits, until the series ended."
