Blind Item #4 - BBMA

Apparently this former actor turned A list director/part-time actor dumped this A-/B+ list actress/part-time singer once again. Last night she was lamenting that he has a thing for leaving her for some barely legal teen for a few months and then eventually wins our actress back. She said it won't happen again.
