I remember Enty used to say Cindy made sure Kaia was watched over all the time to keep the creepers away, this was 2 or 3 years ago though.

I don't think Millie BB has EVER been protected by her parents. MAYBE Kaia, but the sleasier Cindy looks nowadays, don't know. Possible. Kaia is looking bad so maybe mom is enabling now instead of protecting.
