If your comment was directed toward me, my comment may seem a bit glib due to brevity, but based upon accusations in the news this past week, it was written with a healthy dose of alarmed concern.
They do not allow communication, so God only knows what hell she is living.

Life lesson - if you have musical talent, and have a choice NOT to become a one-named musician - and still be able to support a family on what you earn - take the choice NOT to become a one-named musician, just stay in the lane all kids want their parents to be in , be fucking normal, and be a musician who is not known as a "one-named musician".
If the only way you can make your dreams as a musician come true is to become a one-named musician, well just abandon your dreams.
Life is good and God loves us all and there are much more important things in life than musical success,

Just read this and prayers to your daughter as well @Daryl. Any cult/ or person (here is looking at you MM with Harry types...male/ female) that encourages complete isolation from all the people you use to know: RUN. RED FLAG. Ideas should always be open to debate, especially within groups that are suppose to supportive. Supportive people do not say : believe exactly like me or I won't talk/ associate with you. There is is a difference of befriending someone with radical belief and just being cordial when you see them/ deal with them. Today's society seems so in "your face" extreme.
Anyways, as long as you are breathing there is hope @Daryl. People go through highs and lows in their lives. Maybe your daughter hit one low and is coping with it with the wrong people. Happens all the time. Just don't give up hope. Prayers!
