The huge Spring festival won't ever make it known publicly, but they have an A+ list backup ready to go for one or both weekends and have already paid them to make themselves available. The festival's promoters know it is 50/50 that one of their headliners might be in some type of rehab or mental healthy facility when the Spring rolls around.
