This foreign born A+ list singer is trying to be as evasive as possible while still not lying under oath. When he says he "works" with unknown singers and clears their songs, what he means is he gives them a tiny bit of money in return for them giving the singer the lion share of the writing credit and they are lucky to ever hear from again. The whole hermit thing is just a ploy too. He may have had a flip phone, but the people with him had smart phones.
