Was it the worst spray tan ever in the history of the world? No. Was it spectacularly awful where everyone could not stop laughing at this B/B- list celebrity who will never eclipse their sibling on the list? Yes. I think the celebrity thought he was a big deal because everyone wanted a picture of him. They just wanted to have a picture with the spray tan.
