Speaking of the wealthy farmer, he and the wealthy bookseller are teaming up to purchase that country down at the bottom of the world. They are willing to prop it up, for total control of the country. It kind of makes you wonder if they had something to do with its collapse, just to see if private people could actually buy a country.
