Blind Item #6 - Reader Blind

A few years back I was approached to work as a cameraman on a pilot. It was to be produced, directed by, and co-starring this now-retired  individual who was known, if at all, for the monthly production directory he published for years.

When you are still getting your start, you typically try to say yes to everything you can, and this man had previously pitched me on a pirate show that actually had a great concept. When I saw the demo reel for this new pilot, however, I deleted his number and blocked him. It was footage of him and his frequent associate - both in their sixties - perving on girls 40 years their junior as they sat on Venice Beach looking very drunk.
