Today's Blind Items - Small Studio - Big Problems

A scary movie is coming out late summer from a small studio with some scarier PR issues. The entire production of the film was AI-driven - the full script, the shots, even the lighting. It's obvious if you know going in, the long Chat-GPT title was supposed to be changed but it was leaked and they let it go.

Nobody involved was thrilled with this, but the small studio has been getting backlash for a year and they needed buzz to make it go away. The prompts used a list of 20 existing films to attract fans of those films and it seems to be working. An AI-written line from the trailer is going viral.

If the movie does become a hit then it won't just be anonymous leaks any longer. People will talk.
