Today's Blind Items - The Talking Head

Back in the day, this writer used to be the face of the traditional marriage movement before gay marriage became the law of the land. She was flown everywhere, and enjoyed lots of attention as a supposed expert and raked in tens upon tens of thousands of dollars. She was paid by the government at one point, which landed her in a bit of trouble. There are reasons why we don't hear much from her anymore. For starters, her marriage tanked several years ago and she is no longer with her husband but refuses to get a divorce because how would that look after what she was advocating. The groups where she used to make bucks, don't really like her look any longer. She doesn't fit their marketing vibe. Apparently, over the years, she has also gained a considerable amount of weight but has zero interest in trying to lose it which also has made for people not wanting to hire her.
